Scale Model Aircraft Reviews

Apart for a break of four years, I have been building models now for over 25 years. My main interests are aircraft in all scales, although I do dabble with AFV and Sci Fi models. It is sometimes difficult to combine building scale model kits with family life, but my wife is also a keen and talented 25mm fantasy miniatures painter, so we both try to include an hour or two downstairs in the hobby room each night to work on our latest projects.
I am currently the editor of the Perth and Districts Model Club which meets on the third Wednesday of each month. Getting a new club website up is something the club has been trying to undertake for a while now
Included in this web page are links to build reviews I have submitted to the excellent South Australian based SMAKR (Scale Model Aircraft Kit Reviews) web site. SMAKR's webmaster Mark has some 840+ build reviews and 490+ in-box reviews listed, with the site being updated on a regular basis.
If you follow these links, check out the other great reviews on SMAKR, as the kit you are thinking of building may already be reviewed, which may help you avoid any hidden pitfalls with that particular kit or allow you to experiment with a new technique.
The review list below has been organised into scale and subject type.
I hope you enjoy this website and any feedback is well appreciated.
